Your photos and order information
Flowrel collects the photos you upload, your name, contact details and order information to create your floral portrait, process payment, provide support and arrange delivery. Physical orders also require a delivery address.
Private photo uploads
Order photos are stored in a protected directory and are accessible to authorized staff through the order. We use your photos to prepare and deliver your artwork. We do not publish your uploaded photos or artwork as marketing examples without your permission. Please upload only photos you have permission to use. You may remove location metadata from your photo before uploading.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through EasyKash on its secure payment page. Flowrel receives the payment status and order reference. Payment details entered on EasyKash are handled by that provider. Our hosting, payment, artwork preparation and delivery providers may process the information needed to provide their services.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to maintain your shopping cart, checkout session and account sign-in, where applicable. External services may use their own cookies when you visit their websites. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook open external services with their own privacy policies.
Retention and requests
Unpurchased photo uploads are scheduled for deletion after approximately two days. Photos attached to orders are retained for production, support and order records; they are not automatically deleted after delivery. Contact us if you want to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some order records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes.
